About Sales at levv
levv operates in a market dominated by the biggest commercial actors worldwide (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, ...). As a new player focused on building a different way of producing and consuming cloud computing, it is paramount to stick to our vision, values and way of doing things. The market will push against it and we will need to stand firm. Our Sales approach reflects this. We challenge customers and provide the supporting material necessary to make them see their cloud use under a new light, so that they are intrinsically motivated to make the switch towards a more sustainable cloud use.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our founding Sales team. As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion and drive business revenue. We are looking for someone open to challenging their own practices to align with our business values.
What You'll be responsible for
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Propose strategy, set objectives and execute strategy
- Organisational Capacity building: Build organisational tools and material to be able to scale sales qualitatively and in line with the strategy
- Business Case Development: Collaborate to enhance our understanding of prospects and the market, helping to identify product-market fit. Gather and analyze insights on customers to inform our strategic direction and refine our offerings.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the cloud market and our offerings to effectively deliver insights to our prospects, challenge them, communicate our value proposition, deliver tailored demos and pitches that address the unique challenges and goals of potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events. Utilize prospecting tools to build a pipeline of qualified leads and reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Inbound Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries, initiate contact, and qualify prospective customers based on their business requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. Conduct outbound communications, qualify business needs, and provide tailored proposals.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing to build new market insights, work with Engineering to align sales with product capabilities and with Solution Architects to cover the more technical aspects of deals.
